- 1 year warranty is provided for steel structural parts, motors, and non-wearable parts;
- Wire rope enjoys 6 months free warranty;
The wearing parts do not provide free warranty service. If there is product damage caused by unreasonable use, Kede will also cooperate with maintenance and technical guidance. If you need engineer to be send out, the fees will be paid by user.
